Captiva Memorial Hours Change
Beginning May 1, the Captiva Memorial Library will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. with a daily closure for lunch 12:30 p.m.-1 p.m.
Off-season hours will remain in effect until November 30, 2024.

Each month we’re featuring bestselling, award-winning and highly acclaimed authors from around the world in our new online author event series.
Come prepared to ask questions and interact with presenters as they cover a wide range of fiction and nonfiction genres. Registration is required.

Remember to return materials and renew your card before you leave. Card renewals must be completed in person.
Be sure to take your library card with you or snap a picture of it. We aren't allowed to share your card number over the phone if you forget it. Have a safe trip!
Tax Help at the Library
It's tax time! The Lee County Library System distributes federal tax forms during filing season (February-April) at all library branches.
While library staff cannot help you prepare your taxes or tell you which form(s) you need, our
Tax Page provides a list of local resources to assist with tax preparation and questions.
